Jump+ Apple Premium Retailer (Moncton/Dieppe)

I recently got my iPad mini 6 serviced here. I wasn’t too sure of going through Jump+ at first because of the bad reviews. I had no other choice when it came down to it and took the risk. I came to Jump+ on a Thursday and they told me they’ll contact me with the cost of repair if deemed not to be covered by warranty. By Friday they messaged me that it’ll be covered by warranty and will check in with me when my replacement iPad is available. They contacted me by call and email to follow up on the following Wednesday that it was ready for pick up. The awesome part is that my original iPad didn’t have AppleCare+ but now since it’s a new iPad I was eligible for it. I appreciate Jump+ for making the repair/replacement seamless and regain trust that it’s not a risk when dealing with Apple certified employees. Thank you!

After a disappointing encounter at Rogers it was a breath of fresh dealing with Jeremie and his manager. It is nice to see excellent customer service for a change at a business. After hearing there's nothing we can do" at Rogers Jump+ saved the day despite the fact my mother didn't even buy her IPhone from them. They saved the day. I very highly recommend them."

as non tech person needing a new ipad i had a wonderful experience at the store. The young man took his time and thoroughly explained the differences between ipads and what would suit me the best, left very happy and know i can back with any question ,thank you Jeremie. appreciated your help very much

It was an absolute pleasure to have Devin in the technical support make it possible for me re-establish my apple computer access and to establish my new ipad access. He was outstanding and went far beyond the call of duty. All the men and women from the moment I entered the store Cheyanne, Jeramie in sales and others whose names I do not know but who helped me along the way. Recently bought a new iPad from Jeremie at Jump+ at your Dieppe Location. Jeremie provided top notch service. He was professional, knowledge & attentive to my needs.I was concerned that I would lose photos & data because my old iPad storage was at full capacity. He even brought out the service technician to reassure me that I won’t lose anything.He took the time to show me new features & set me up for success. He went beyond the service that I was expecting.I will be back to Jump+ for other Apple products & hopefully Jeremie will still be here to sell me the new products. I had a great experience at Jump + Dieppe yesterday! The staff that I dealt with were professional and helpful. Technology can be daunting but the staff at Jump are there to assist. From my on time service appointment with Devin, who diagnosed an issue with my laptop, to the sales staff, every step of my transaction was handled in a transparent and helpful manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location
